Refund & Returns Policy

At www.ryannottingham.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

You have 7 from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain types of items may be exempt from returns, such as custom or personalized products, digital downloads, or perishable goods.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
