Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping option selected.​

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses 

• International shipping may be available upon request (if applicable).

Damages

www.ryannottingham.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
